“Building a Better Network the Krav Way”

Relationships are the foundation of our lives.  Come out for a dynamic, high-energy and interactive meeting hosted by Armored Team Building, focused on the power of building relationships and adopting a connector mindset for success across all areas of your life.  Krav Maga is a highly effective hands-on self defense approach focused on a mindset and actions to mitigate the world around us.  Expect a unique integrated professional development experience that will provide you with psychological and physical tools that help tap into the power of trust to foster stronger relationships and networks.  In the words of Buzzstream’s CEO, Paul May, “Build the right relationships, with the right people and nurture them over time, and you’ll always have a leg up on the competition.”  This is an event you won’t want to miss.

This topic relates to Human Resources and Customer/Supplier Relationship Management.  These areas deal with the importance of communication, relationships, and building strong networks to fulfill and have resources and depth of knowledge in order to advance as both an individual and organization.

Buffet dinner is included.

Presenters:  Connie Chesner and Travis Cook,  Armored Team Building

Connie Chesner is a master at resiliency and human motivation with 20+ years in psychology, qualitative market research, and hard earned personal experience. She’s been an international media expert, keynote speaker at conferences such as Loyalty 360, a professor, has run projects to launch and reform multi-national brands, and today she weaves that deep understanding into guiding people to stronger leadership and fulfillment.

Her diverse background in training, mentoring, and guiding others allows her to connect motivational psychology and self- defense training in transformative ways. For Connie, Krav Maga began as a way to rediscover herself, her trust, and her confidence after a 5-year abusive relationship, but quickly turned into a passion and vehicle to impact teams in revolutionary ways.

She has successfully founded two businesses and worked within corporations and agencies, allowing a diverse understanding of how individuals and organizations motivate, build trust, maintain, and grow.

Travis Cook is a deeply engaging, fun, and dynamic instructor with multiple world titles in Tae Kwon Do and nearly 20 years of instruction experience in Krav Maga, the Israeli hand-to-hand self defense approach that serves as the foundation of skills learning in our workshops. His ease in front of a room allows participants to relax, laugh, and immerse in learning experience.

He is a 5th degree black belt and a certified Warrior Krav Maga Instructor, who has been studying martial arts for 25 years. Travis’ approach is efficient and his depth of experience instructing easily adapts to a wide variety of skill levels and environments.

Travis has worked with thousands of individuals on their journeys to strength, skills, and empowerment by teaching them to walk through fear and into control. Now, he guides individuals and teams to higher levels of trust, consciousness, empowerment, and self-awareness, arming them with knowledge and awareness they will carry with them for a lifetime.

The evening's dinner buffet will be prepared by the Viking Cafe
